***Mares are being sold as Exposed unless otherwise stated. Millers Rose Ranch, LLC offers no soundness guarantee of any mare or that any mare is in currently in foal. We highly recommend that you have the mare ultra-sounded prior to exposing her to any other stallion after purchase.................
***All of the Stallions have 2008 Foals on the ground and are known to Millers Rose Ranch, LLC to be breeding sound. Millers Rose Ranch, LLC offers no guarantees to any stallion or frozen semen that may come with the purchase of a stallion...........................
***All Horses being sold are being sold AS IS. We advise that you look at each lot prior to bidding. A written bid on the bidding sheet, bids sent via email or mailed in bids are a valid bid and promise of purchase and buyers will be held to their written bid................................
***Title to and risk of loss passes to the buyer when the final bid is announced. Effective from the time of purchase the buyer specifically, agrees to care for such animal in accordance with good husbandry practices. The buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold the consignor, Millers Rose Ranch, LLC and Associates harmless from all loss, cost and expense arising from the illness, injury or death of such animal or loss or damage to property and injury or death of persons caused by the buyer, the buyers agent or employees, or by the animal subsequent to the time of purchase...............................
***Any disputes during the sale will be left to the General Manager to settle..........................................
***All registrations forms will be held until the total purchase price has been received. Millers Rose Ranch, LLC will transfer the said animal to the the right Association when within 30 days of purchase and or when all money has been settled. Buyers who are AQHA members will pay a $15.00 transfer fee and. AQHA transfer fee for non-members is $50.00 which includes a 12 month membership to AQHA and will be added to the sale price. It is the buyers responsibility to give their AQHA or APHA name and membership number to Sherry Robbins (435-730-5226) prior to transfer.................................

***We do not have a current Coggins on broodmares since we estimate that most will be sold to in-state buyers. If you plan on purchasing a mare and will be taking her out of state, we will pull blood on Monday, May 19th and we usually have a faxed copy within 24 hours. We will Guarantee a Negative Coggins or your money back. We will also provide a Brand Inspection/Bill of Sale on all horses.
